When you click an 'Add to Cart' button to select an item this will be added to your cart, which will be shown to you for a few seconds, before you are returned to the product page you left. You can repeat this procedure to add additional products to your cart.
When you have completed your selection click 'View Cart' (in top right corner of page) to review your selection. You can remove any item if you change your mind. To do this tick the small 'remove' square and then click the 'update' button. When you are happy to proceed click 'Checkout' to continue to the order confirmation pages.
Complete you name and address details, email and phone number. You now have three payment options.
1. To use a credit or debit card click 'checkout now'. After reviewing shipping and confirmation pages you then click 'confirm order'. You will be transferred to a secure payments page where you enter card details. We do not collect or store your credit card data on our website, only our payment services provider has access to your card data for validation and processing. On completion a receipt will be provided. You have now authorised funds for your purchase against your card, but the funds will not be taken by us until we despatch your order.
2. If you have a PayPal account you can select the 'Pay with Paypal' button to use PayPal Express for fast and easy checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account you have the option of creating one. It is also possible to pay by credit card including American Express using the PayPal checkout.
3. You can also place an order and pay by credit card by calling customer services on 01452 731488.
We would like to emphasise that we genuinely respect your privacy. Unlike some large retailers we do not use tracking cookies to monitor your internet activity or record any personal information. When you place an order an automated confirmation of recipt email will be sent to you. You will receive a further automated email confirming despatch. If we have a query regarding your order we may send you an email asking for clarification. We do issue a quarterly book review and news email which you can subscribe to if you are interested in learning about new books and special offers. You can do this by opting in using the form on our website or by emailing us. You will never receive marketing emails from us unless you subscribe, and then we will only send four emails per year. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.
