Walking Close to Aldeburgh Guidebook

Walking Close to Aldeburgh Guidebook

by Clive Brown
Aldeburgh is perhaps best known for its association with the composer Benjamin Britten who is buried in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul. He inaugurated the famous Aldeburgh music festival, now held at the Maltings, which attracts world class musicians and singers.

The directions are simple and detailed and include clear pencil drawn sketch maps. This guide describes ten varied and interesting circular routes in the countryside close to Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast.
